NEW Building Regulation Changes

Looking closely within the industry, you’ll notice several companies targeting Net Zero by 2050. This is since building regulations changed on 15th June 2023. For example, the changes now require new-build homes to produce at least 31% less carbon emissions and non-domestic new builds by 27%.
